SR Connect includes user-generated content (Event Walls posts, Moments & Circles, chats, profiles, ratings). Content is created by users/hosts, not by SR, and reflects their own views. SR does not routinely pre-approve or endorse user content and is not liable for statements or offers made by users. You are responsible for your interactions; please use common sense and report concerns. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content or accounts that breach community rules or the law. - Payments, cost-sharing & Stripe
Where a host enables cost-split, payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms. Funds are paid directly to the host’s Stripe account; SR may charge a small handling fee via the Stripe application-fee mechanism. SR is not a party to transactions between hosts and participants (beyond that fee) and is not responsible for the host’s fulfilment, quality, or cancellations. Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes are handled according to Stripe and card-network rules and any host policy shown at checkout. - AI-assisted features
Certain features (e.g., text suggestions/summaries via Formidable AI / OpenAI) are machine-generated and may be incomplete or inaccurate. AI outputs are provided “as is” for convenience only; you must review and verify before relying on them. SR disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law regarding AI outputs. - External links & third-party services
Links to third-party sites/services (including social logins and payment processors) are provided for convenience. SR has no control over those sites and no responsibility for their content, availability, or practices. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. - Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SR and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of SR Connect, community interactions, events, or AI features. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. - Event participation & in-person activities
Participation in any in-person meetups or activities organised through Moments & Circles or Event Walls is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for your personal safety, travel, and belongings. SR does not supervise private meetups and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of participants or hosts. - Changes
